Internet Availability (Stage 4)
The total numbers of licensees for Public Telecommunication Services in Jordan is 60. but only Twelve ISPs are currently operating in Jordan, which are: LINK, Wanadoo, Batelco, MEC, NEXT, Cyberia, Al-Deka, TE-Data, Viacloud, Sama, Arab International Company for Education & Investment, and Swftel; which means that There are more than two local ISPs per 1,000,000 inhabitants.

Higher bandwidth solutions such as DSL (digital subscriber line) and cable modem access are available. Most customers can tailor services to meet different demands for speed, service, security, quality and cost. ISPs provide web hosting services to their subscribers.

Internet Affordability (Stage 4)
The Jordan government hopes to have 90% of households connected to the Internet through broadband connection. The phone call affordable for nearly all citizens and there are many offer from Jordan telecom to pay little money to use unlimited local call and use higher bandwidth solutions such as DSL services to connect to the internet.

Most computer firms in Jordan do software development. But some of them buy off the shelf software, and modify code to customize software companies to do end-user support.

Most ICT products Imported from abroad, but it affordable. There are many small and medium computer business company they throughout in the Kingdom. The number of Jordanian families that have personal computer 21.6 % in 2005 and in the few months there are new plane from government to give every student in university laptop with ease way to pay by Through pay premiums.  Service and Support (Stage 3.5)
Main lines take two to four week to be installed. It takes few days for reported mainline problems to be resolved. There is a growing customer service ethic among service and support providers, There are also email and web-based support. Some ICT maintenance and technical support services are available.
